The ukulele is a great intro instrument for those interested in eventually playing the guitar.  As an added bonus is small size makes it easy to travel with and it's unique sound conjures up images of Hawaii.

 

  Beginner - Advanced Private Lessons

Semi-private* 

$16 per person per 30 minutes 

$24 per person per 45 minutes

Beginner Level

Using the Hal Leonard Ukulele Method Book students will learn musical symbols, how to read treble staff music notes and play melodies on the treble staff.  The book also teaches basic chord families allowing the student to strum along with familiar songs, as well as special techniques such as the tremolo used by world famous ukulele players. 

Musical elements in the method book are reinforced with weekly theory and flashcards.
